Our store specializes in print-on-demand, customized apparel, personalized sashes, and specific heritage pride
items. For all user-submitted content (including uploaded images, names, text, and graphics for customization):
Intellectual Property Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses,
rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to print all content you upload. You agree not to upload any
material that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
Content Refusal: We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review and refuse to print any content that we
deem in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene,
or otherwise objectionable.
Print Integrity: We print customization requests exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for typographical
errors, spelling mistakes, or poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or
discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES & SIZING DISCLAIMERS
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services
may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear
at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Since
garments can vary slightly during manufacturing, customers must consult our provided size charts before placing
orders. We do not offer free exchanges for customer-selected sizing errors on custom items.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities
purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we
