Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online storefront. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute
our Shipping Policy. By purchasing our products, you agree to the timelines, fees, and guidelines outlined
below.
PLEASE NOTE: Because our catalog specializes in customized apparel, personalized sashes, and
print-on-demand items, your total delivery time consists of two separate phases: Processing Time
(Production) and Shipping Time (Transit).
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Unlike standard clothing stores, our items are handcrafted or custom-printed upon receiving your order.
Production begins immediately after order validation:
Standard Apparel & Items: 2 - 5 business days for production and quality inspection.
Custom & Highly Personalized Items (e.g., Graduation Sashes, Embroidered/All-Over Print jerseys):
3 - 7 business days depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or major national holidays. In the event of high
order volumes (such as peak graduation seasons or major holidays), processing may be extended by 2-3
business days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We primarily service the United States domestic market. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping 5 - 8 business days $4.99 USD (FREE on orders over $59.00)
Express Shipping 3 - 5 business days $8.99 USD
*Note: Delivery estimates are based on transit time after the order leaves our production facility. Delivery
delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, postal service backlogs, or severe weather
conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been
dispatched from our facility. The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24 to 48 hours of
receipt. You can monitor your package via the carrier's portal or through our website's integrated tracking
page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For US domestic deliveries, standard state sales taxes apply at checkout where applicable. APEXGN NOVA
INC is not responsible for any additional customs duties or tariffs applied to your order during transit or
international sorting. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
We ship exactly to the address specified by the customer during checkout. Please verify your apartment
numbers, zip codes, and street names carefully.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to our facility as "Undeliverable" or due to an incorrect address, the customer will
be responsible for covering the reshipping fee to have the package dispatched a second time.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not
received it, please contact our support team immediately within 7 days of the stated delivery date. Please save
all packaging materials and damaged goods, as we will need photographs to file a claim with the shipping
carrier and issue your replacement.
