Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We value your business and want to ensure you have a transparent and
satisfying shopping experience. Since our storefront specializes in custom apparel, personalized items,
and print-on-demand products, our policies are designed to account for the unique nature of customized
manufacturing.
CRITICAL WINDOW: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or report
an issue with your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges for Standard (Non-Custom) Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange on eligible non-customized products, please ensure that:
The item was received within the last 30 days.
The product is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags
attached.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Policy for Custom & Personalized Products
Please note that a significant portion of our catalog consists of custom-printed apparel, graduation
personalized sashes/t-shirts, and heritage pride wear made specifically to order.
No Cancellations after Production Starts: Because these items are custom-made based on your unique
specifications, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the production process.
Design Errors & Sizing: We print exactly what is submitted or ordered. We cannot offer refunds or returns
if you select the wrong size, color, or upload an incorrect or low-resolution image/text. Please carefully
review our size charts and double-check your spelling/personalization before checking out.
Exceptions: If the customization error was made on our part (e.g., misprints, wrong design elements sent
by us, or incorrect size delivered compared to your invoice), please refer to Section 3 below.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect our products carefully, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or
completely incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. To expedite your request, please
email our support team with:
Your Order Number.
A clear photo or short video showing the defect, damage, or misprint.
A brief description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You do not need
to ship defective items back unless explicitly requested by our customer support team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective product, damaged item, or wrong item sent),
we will cover 100% of the return shipping fees or issue a direct replacement.
Customer Responsibility: For all other eligible returns (buyer's remorse, standard items returns), you will

be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-
refundable.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of
payment (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial
institution's processing times.
